		<description>A good read.  I believe however the estimates on ROI for NIH funding should have been better reported. Conservative estimates put the ROI at $13:1, and maybe even as high as $25:1, not $2:1. 

I&#039;m shocked that Greg Lucier, former star of GE, and well known M&amp;A CEO of Life Tech didn&#039;t report this.</description>
