		<description>Thank you for this article!  This is an important issue.  I do federal public health research and my work and the work of my colleagues is delayed and inhibited regularly by this unnecessary law.  In addition to the costs to public health, we scientists who are federal employees spend an inordinate amount of time on OMB approval that we could be using to generate new and important work (time which costs the government more money).  There are entire staff devoted to this at every agency.  What a waste!  The PRA does nothing but further bureaucratize the government. We need to get rid of it!</description>
