 When people get out he school they have limited bag of
 skills The school Tells them they are educated. If their
 training does not mesh with the job--is problem.

  In old days when one left school they were told you now
 have basics and are equipted start learning. 
 We had a learning curve not a paper that says we know.
 The attitudes developed by he schools can a negative.
