		<description>I&#039;m a little confused about the use of discrimination. Isn&#039;t the entire basis of the insurance industry creating premiums based on your risk factor? And clearly your predisposition for various things is part of that. Discrimination seems to me to be something that is theoretically equal being unequal in reality. Whereas in this case, people really do have different likelihoods of problems based on their genetics.</description>
