In 2007, as a response to the now-obsolete "brain-drain" myth, I launched the "Algerian without borders" concept. As a result of its painful history and recently disrupted evolution, Algeria has a significant scientific diaspora whose members want to be recognized as individuals and as contributors of a global entity. I have been involved in partial database attempts. DGRSDT is searching for a global scientists database tool. It looks like that "Scientists without Borders" is the model and the environment we need to fulfill our pressing goals.
